1. **Bookings:** 

   - Refunds for bookings if aid online must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows are non-refundable.

  

2. **Memberships, Gift Cards, and Packages:** 

   - Memberships are non-refundable but can be transferred to another individual upon request.

   - Gift cards and packages are non-refundable but can be exchanged for services of equal value.

 

3. **Classes and Workshops:** 

   - Offline and online class registrations are refundable up to 7 days before the class/workshop start date.

   - No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the class/workshop. However, rescheduling may be possible based on availability.

 

4. **General Terms:**

   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

   - Exchanges can be made for products/services of equal or lesser value. Customers are responsible for paying the difference if the new item is of greater value.
